Our journey begins in a peaceful setting, where the atmosphere is calm and grounding. Here, you’ll learn the foundations. The first steps, Yama (self-restraints) and Niyama (observances), purify the heart and prepare the soul. These are followed by Asana (postures), Pranayama (breath control), and Pratyahara (withdrawal of senses), which help steady the mind and strengthen the nervous system.

With each breath, you'll learn to disconnect from distractions and begin the inward journey. There are three steps of yoga. Dharana (concentration)Dhyana (meditation)And finally, Samadhi (complete absorption and bliss).

Guided by our experienced yoga teacher, you’ll feel your breath align with the gentle rhythm of the lake and the ancient spirit of the desert.
